    Absolute worst service possible. I scheduled with Randy for a home inspection. He turned out to the manager and I guess the only tech who does inspections there. He walked around the house for barely over an hour while his assistant was doing all of the reading and at the end of the appointment was trying to leave without going over the inspection report with me.

    Alexandra, we take pride in our work and must clarify the facts regarding your May 12th inspection, as your review contains several major inaccuracies. Completed Services: Your inspection was conducted by a two-man team. Per your request for add-ons, we fully completed and provided your home inspection, termite inspection, and a professional roof inspection (handled by our partner roofing company). Radon Testing: Radon tests cannot be read instantly on-site; they must be sent to a certified lab for processing. We handled the mailing and sent the official results to you as soon as they were ready. Report Format: Our standard reporting format works for the vast majority of our clients, but when you mentioned a compatibility issue on your computer, we immediately converted and resent the entire report as a PDF to accommodate you by May 15th. Payment Issues: Your bank officially returned your check for $850.00 due to non-sufficient funds (NSF). While you requested our internal banking documentation, standard privacy and security protocols dictate that you must resolve returned check details directly with your own financial institution. We have fully delivered on all requested services and add-ons. Please contact our office to settle your outstanding $850.00 plus balance and the standard NSF fee (40.00) so we can close out your account."

    The technicians are quite knowledgeable and they are always prompt in responding to service requests. We have an older home and have used them for AC maintenance/repair, for furnace maintenance, hotter heater replacement (their emergency response was the best.) and for electrical work. In every case they were able to resolve the issue and when the problem was particularly complex and difficult to troubleshoot, they stayed with it until a solution was found and repairs completed. I would recommend them to anyone.

    I used Inter-County Oil Services in the winter when my HVAC stopped pumping out heat. I called and they were extremely responsive and within a few hours they were at my house diagnosing the issue. It didn't take long for it to be fixed and I had heat moments later. They were amazing to work with and I will definitely recommend them to anyone! Thank you

    Super responsive and speedy! I called them at 8am on Wednesday about our broken central AC. 30 minutes later they had someone out our house to diagnose the issue, and first thing the following day they had a full team of workers at our house with a replacement unit. We were cool again by Thursday evening! Big thanks to the whole team, from Terry and Ginnie in the office to the guys working in our attic.
