We recently needed the help of Clemens Septic Tank Services. I cannot say enough good things about the service we received. From the very pleasant and helpful receptionist, to the man who emptied the tank, to Casey, the owner ,who came and skillfully assessed and solved our problem, the service was exceptionally good. Additionally, Casey is an honest businessman who gave us a very fair price for the work he did. For all these reasons I highly recommend Clemens Septic Services .

Customers who called Clemens for pumping describe quick turnaround. Gary had his tank pumped the same day he needed it, and Shirley had Reggie out within a half hour during an emergency. Buck, who called three companies about a cleanout, was scheduled immediately once Clemens answered the phone. Several customers also point to the people. Holly says Casey "took the time to explain all of our options", and Nancy describes the owner assessing her problem and solving it after the crew emptied the tank. Another customer, who has used the company for several years, calls it family owned and operated.
