Joe and Ian came the same day I called, after all their other jobs, and gave me an accurate estimate, and returned the next morning to complete the job. On one level the repair was a routine replacement of a shower diverter. On another level they navigated a tight space with limited access expertly. Very friendly, clear and informative about every step of the process.

    Response from the owner

Andrew, it is wonderful to hear that our team was able to assist you so quickly and handle a challenging shower repair with care and expertise. We truly appreciate your detailed feedback about their professionalism and clear communication throughout the process. Thank you for choosing Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Greater King of Prussia and for sharing your experience with us.

I had a toilet issue where I’d hear water constantly trickling from it, so I decided to call up Mr. Rooter. Joseph Cavaliere was not just great at his work, but he was also very upfront and honest about the issue itself along with providing the most reasonable recommendation. He was able to get a new toilet installed for me right away and I would definitely recommend him to anyone that has plumbing issues. Great guy that takes pride in his work and I’m happy I know who to call if more plumbing issues arise.
