AAA Cesspool & Rooter Service Inc. in Kings Park, NY

I am so happy with the service I received from this company! I called in a panic because there was a foul odor coming from my yard, and I realized I hadn’t had my cesspool serviced in about five years. The woman who answered the phone was incredibly reassuring and told me they would have someone come out that same day between 3 to 5 p.m. To my surprise, about 10 minutes after my call, Jay contacted me and said he was already going to be in the area and could be at my house within about 30 minutes. He arrived, located my cesspool, assessed everything, and explained what my best options were.

One of your maniac employees tried to run me off the road because he refused to merge with traffic. He put his truck within inches of my car and then switched lanes later on to try to put his truck in front of my car again

When you need this service , it's not something you can put off or wait. They came fast and pumped my tank. I'm so greatful for the fast clean service , and they took special care not to destroy my lawn and even put the plug they pull out back in. Great job.

They lied to me. “Pumped” my second cesspool and added an access pipe. A few years later I needed my other cesspool pumped again and hired a different company who told me and showed me the cesspool that AAA supposedly pumped and added an access pipe was BONE DRY! I saw the bottom of the tank with my own eyes!!! Dry!!!! It was NOT even in use!!! So what exactly did they pump? And they have the nerve to sell me an access pipe installed. 0 stars! Disgusting liars!
