My cesspool replacement was a great experience. The White Wolf team is really professional. Everything was done as described to me before the job and there were no surprises on the final bill. Friendly team. Easy to have them working on your home. Felt like we were in good hands. Highly recommend.

The crew often responds quickly to urgent calls, with Maureen noting that technicians arrived "within a half an hour" after a sinkhole opened in her yard. Several homeowners mention that the crew explained the process throughout the job and left the grounds clean. One customer, Lauren, reported that the technicians did not clarify the condition of her cesspool or explain the work being performed.
