I highly recommend Sewer Tech LI. Woke up on a rainy Sunday morning to a blockage in our septic drain and the team was here quickly to assess the problem. They worked hard in the pouring rain to identify where our cesspool was located. After locating the fourth tank the team was able to clear the blockage. They did an incredible job, were open and honest about the scope of the problem, and we really appreciated all of their insight. We were extremely grateful for the service they provided and dedication to making sure we had a working septic system.

    Response from the owner

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a detailed and thoughtful review, Alyssa. We know how stressful it can be to wake up to a septic blockage on a rainy Sunday morning, so we are glad our team could respond quickly to help. Locating that fourth tank in the pouring rain was definitely a challenge, but we were determined to stay on the job until your blockage was completely cleared and your system was running smoothly again. Honesty, hard work, and clear communication are top priorities for us on every call. We truly appreciate your recommendation and look forward to serving you again in the future.

Woke up to a cesspool nightmare, water backing up, the whole deal. I was stressed and had no idea who to call, but found Kyle at Sewertech and I’m glad I did. He came out fast, didn’t flinch at the mess, and got everything handled like a pro. Pumped the system, fixed the issue, and even made sure everything was flowing the way it should before he left. Super fair pricing too, which was a relief considering it was an emergency. If you’re in deep 💩 (literally), Kyle’s your guy.

    Response from the owner

    Thank you!

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Kyle is named in most of these accounts and bad weather appears more than once. Alyssa describes a blockage on a rainy Sunday morning with the team working in heavy rain to find where the cesspool was, and Gallo's describes water backing up and a crew that did not flinch at the mess. All thirty ratings sit at four or above, and the explanations matter as much as the work. Linda describes a call ahead and an arrival on time, and ʙʟᴜᴇ describes a leaking cesspool diagnosed and advice given on avoiding a repeat. The crews are young and several customers remark on it. Anthony names Kyle Holmes and describes the rest of the team as young professionals who know the job.

Around Medford, the main drain-field limit is bottom-layer seepage: water moves through the soil too fast to treat effluent before it reaches groundwater. Site conditions on any one lot can differ from the map. See the Medford city page for the full soil profile.

Before You Call

Locating the cesspool in heavy rain took this crew real time, and that is billable on most jobs. Ask whether finding it is included before the truck is booked.
