We had a septic system installed today and the crew was amazing and worked efficiently even in this heat advisory. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

My wife and I bought our home a little over a year ago, and we’ve had ongoing issues with our jet pump, leaving us without water on three different occasions. After dealing with temporary fixes, I contacted Whites, and they quickly identified the real problem and recommended a submersible well pump. Alex came out after normal business hours because he knew we had no water and two small children. He gave us an extremely fair price, installed the new well pump, and ran a water line of 130ft to our tiny home. His professionalism, quality of work, and willingness to help were outstanding.

Trying to find an excavating company in the dover area is tough to say the least. After calling numerous places got ahold of this company. After passing my perc test it did take a good amount of time but when they had clear time to come out they finished up my septic. Only thing I can say about the septic install is that they gave me no information on where on the tank I'm suppose to tie in my lines and I asked them to tell me a couple days before they came out because I live 2 hours away and wanted to be there when they got there.

    Response from the owner

Thanks for your review of our company but all of this story isn’t being told. You were called multiple times about the electrical line! You told the guy to dig one way then the other, there were no stakes as to where you wanted this line dug and if you were using regular sticks of conduit instead of pieced together stuff you could make the bend. The fact of the matter is the guy you were dealing with wasn’t rude you cussed him like a dog even after he said he would meet you over there to fix!

What a crew! Matt and his team have taken our tree filled lot and transformed it into our dream spot. They’ve handled all the clearing, septic driveways and recently our toy pads. Always affordable and always completed in time and within or less than their estimates.
