My husband had an agreement with this company about pumping out a 300 gallon tank once a month or once every two months we were told even if we didn’t rent their tank and we bought our own. The price would still stay the same but when we call back, it was $100 more a month later and we were told it was a miscommunication, but it wasn’t. My husband asked three or four times and was given a price. There was no miscommunication. They just didn’t want to honor the price they gave.
