Called and was told they’d have someone come fix a leak on the way to another job and nobody ever showed up, and nobody would answer the phone to communicate anything about why nobody showed up or anything.

I was extremely disappointed at how dishonest and unprofessional the technician who was sent to “help” with my pump alarm turned out to be. I was SCAMMED out of $900 of my hard earned money. The only thing on his mind was trying to sell me lids and risers, something I said I would be interested in the future but not at the moment. I already just had to pay them a large unexpected amount of money for basically NOTHING. They tore my yard up and told me everything looked “great”! Nothing needed replacing, there was simply something “caught” on the float and that’s what triggered the alarm.

They were so respectful and even took their shoes off before coming inside. We had some roots in a pipe and they busted it up with no problem and explained the process and pricing appropriately. Highly recommend

    Response from the owner

Thank you, that means a lot to our team. We’re happy we could handle the root issue quickly and explain everything along the way. Our techs strive to be respectful in your home (shoes off included). If you need anything else, please reach out, we’d be glad to help.
