Do not use this company. They came out and only pumped one of my tanks. Additionally, I needed vents cleaned, they sent 2 employees out the next day and they said they couldn’t climb a ladder. Then asked for a $350 service call for doing nothing. Their employees are rude as well. Use Samy Septic

Buyer Beware. We had a new aerator pump installed about 4 years ago and the owner sold us a more expensive unit that could be rebuilt. A couple of year later it went out. They took it out and ordered parts for it and replaced it, I was told. It went out about a year later. When I looked at the unit it was very old and said that it was rebuilt in 2013. We built our home in 2017 so this was NOT our pump we purchased. I reached out and was told he would check on it and let me know. I messaged back about this not being my pump I bought and if they were going to stand behind it.
