    Bob came to my house and reviewed the system to find what he believed to be a broken disperse pipe. Came back a week later and dug up around the system to find no flaws. Charged $1200 and told me a drainage system needed to be done. After multiple calls to Michelle and Bob, no one is returning my calls or anything. They were happy to immediately take my $1200 but then never complete a solution to fix the system. Now stuck back at square one with a team that's completely avoiding me. If you don't want the work, say it.

    Many thanks to the WRT team for an exceptional customer experience in removing our above-ground oil tank. From my initial contact with John and Tom, the owners, and working with Michelle throughout the process regarding scheduling, handling permits, and post-removal township inspection. Brian and Harry, the on-site removal crew were a pleasure to work with … they were friendly, professional, and meticulous in the removal process treating our property as if it were their own.

    We are so thankful to the entire WRT team - especially Tom and his on-site team, and Michele! They were all great to work with - from coordination of scheduling, handling town permits, processing invoice and the removal of an underground oil tank and installation of an above ground oil tank. They did a very clean and professional job. I highly recommend them!
