    Last December, I contracted with EnCore Engineering (in Ringwood on Greenwood Lake Turnpike) to install a new 4-bedroom septic system as part of a real estate sale. EnCore came in on budget and completed the work - in the dead of winter, at Christmas! - in 5 working days! I was in awe of how efficiently the entire process unfolded as I watched work progress from my home office window. EnCore understood how critical this implementation was as my house was under contract and I could not have closed without this new septic system completed.

    Jay took care of my septic system when no one else would come out. I was told by other companies that I would have to pay an additional fee for emergency service. Encore didn’t charge me extra, and Jay was honest, and efficient. I cannot thank him, and Encore enough. You earned a customer for the long haul.
