Watanabe Pumping in Keaau, HI

We can’t thank Aja and the Watanabe Pumping ‘Ohana enough for helping our ‘ohana when we were in a real pinch with backed-up plumbing. She was fast, reliable, knowledgeable, and honest from start to finish. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely takes pride in helping people and does business with such integrity. Aja went above and beyond to help us when we needed it most and figure out the underlying issue, and we are truly grateful. If you’re looking for someone you can trust, we highly recommend Watanabe Pumping!

Watanabe Pumping provided outstanding service from start to finish to my Volcano home. They answered my call right away (by the third ring!) and were incredibly responsive and helpful over the phone. Scheduling was quick and easy. They worked around my limited availability, which I really appreciated. They also answered all my follow-up questions by call and text, which made communication smooth and convenient. On the day of service, they arrived right on time and went above and beyond by helping me source new manhole covers after mine were damaged (my fault, I parked on them!).

Wonderful service I would definitely recommend. I could not be happier with the results! Not only did it get fixed within hours of calling, they helped with letting us know what to do next and how to maintain the septic tank. Knowledgeable, great work ethic, and an amazing attitude that got a tough job done well! Thank you so much!!!
