Randy and his truck did a great job pumping our septic and giving us long-term septic advice. Randy was responsive and easy to arrange a time etc.

Very knowledgeable, and kind. Did a great job not only with emptying septic tank, but also installed extenders. Mahalo!

I highly recommend this company to pump out your cesspool/septic tank. I had the pleasure of working with Randy, the owner of the company. Very knowledgeable, excellent customer service, courteous and fun to talk to. Randy went beyond his duties to find and undo the cap. He also instructed me on maintenance after the pump. I will certainly be using his service in the future. Much mahalos Randy!

I've lived in Kaneohe for 15 years. Had multiple companies come out and help us. These guys are the best I have encountered. They communicate well. They are professional, courteous and do a great job! Wish I found them sooner!
