Very thorough job! They got me on the schedule right away for a new hot water heater. On the day of install, they communicated very well so I knew exactly what was happening. Gage is very professional and helpful in explaining the new system. And the clean up...my goodness Gage went above and beyond to make sure everything was in good shape. Thanks guys!!

    Response from the owner

Hi Savannah! Thank you for such a thoughtful review! From getting you scheduled quickly to making sure you knew what to expect throughout the installation, it sounds like Gage took great care of everything. We especially love hearing that he went the extra mile with cleanup! We'll be sure to pass your kind words along to him. Thanks for choosing Valley Plumbing!

We had a great experience with Valley Plumbing. We unexpectedly needed to replace our hot water heater and they did an excellent job. They were efficient, professional, and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend!

    Response from the owner

I would highly recommend Valley Plumbing to anyone looking to have a service done quickly, efficiently, and for a fraction of the price! Valley Plumbing was notified about my previous unprofessional and overpriced experience with another plumbing company. My sewer line was left open by this other plumbing company, as I refused to pay the new up-charged service price. With no where else to turn, Valley Plumbing got a technician out within 15 minutes to take a look and quote us a fair price. The labor was then completed bright and early the very next morning.

    Response from the owner

Hi Riley! Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We're sorry you had to deal with such a frustrating situation, but we're honored you gave Valley Plumbing the opportunity to help. We'll be sure to share your kind words with Rayna, Christian, and the team. Providing fair, honest service and keeping our customers informed every step of the way is what we strive for. Thank you for your recommendation and for trusting us with your home!

Is this charge reasonable? $518 for 'removing shower cartridge and installing new one' that was completed in less that 30min.... I am not an expert but it is up to you (readers) to judge.

    Response from the owner

Hi Changwoo Do! Thank you for your feedback. We understand that pricing is an important part of any service experience. Our pricing reflects the repair itself, the technician's expertise, parts, and the service provided, not just the time on site. If you have any questions about your invoice, we'd be happy to discuss it further. Please give our office a call at your convenience.
