Several reviewers describe fast service on pump outs. Kim called first thing on a Monday morning and was able to "get worked in same day," with the technician phoning ahead and pulling into the driveway 45 minutes later. David's clean out happened the same day too. Gina's job was the hard one: two tanks that had gone years without pumping, one lid not where anyone expected, found by digging and by a transmitter sent down the line. A preventive pump out for another customer was cleaned out in short order by Josh. Rick credits Jimi with a thorough visit.
