No reliable cleaning . Twice , we’ve had no cleanings in over a month. I’ve call sales rep, dispatch and corporate and alway the same thing. “We’ll have someone out today” , and they don’t show. Will advise my company to never use them again. It’s now 9/18 and still not cleaned. Totally unacceptable .

    Response from the owner

Dear Lester Hicks, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you've experienced with our service. It is concerning to hear about the missed cleanings and the lack of follow-through on our part. This is not the standard we strive to uphold, and I understand how this has impacted your trust in us. Please know that your feedback is taken seriously, and we are committed to addressing these issues. I would like to ensure that your concerns are resolved and that we can regain your confidence in our services. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and I hope we can make things right. Sincerely, United Site Services
