I have never been more compelled to write a positive review than I am now about Uniontown Septic Tanks. We recently bought a house with a septic tank installed by Uniontown and discovered the alarm going off and light flashing on a Sunday night. I called and left a message expecting a call back after 8 am on Monday and was pleasantly surprised to get a call back around 7:10 am instead. They immediately got me on the schedule for that day and a few hours later Maddie called to explain everything that was going on, how they were going to fix it and answered all my questions very thoroughly.

They installed my septic system I did not hire them the previous owner did. I’m sure to save money. They installed a spray head system and had to use heat trace wire(I understand) my problem Is they had the thermostat for the heat tape set to 60 degrees. My electric bill was $200 higher than my average because the heat tape was on constantly in the spring and fall when it shouldn’t be. The plugs they installed for the spray head pump were not water tight and corroded and ruined my pump.

Most homeowners describe fast arrival times for urgent septic repairs, with technicians often reaching the property the same day or the following morning to resolve tank alarms and mechanical problems. Andrea noted that technicians Maddie and Jon arrived quickly to inspect her tank and were "kind, efficient, and knowledgeable" while explaining the necessary repairs. Other customers mention crew members like Brian for troubleshooting failing equipment and restoring service without delay. In one critical account, Mitchell reported damaged pump connections on a spray-head system along with difficulty scheduling visits under a service contract.
