From start to finish, Shawn was amazing. He and his brother did great work installing the septic for my new house. He was efficient, personable, and informative. What really stood out was the level of service Shawn provided leading up to the install. I originally reached out to him three years prior as I was planning the home build, and Shawn was available and helpful all the way back to the initial phases. As somebody who works in the septic industry, I can say for certain that Shawn does great work, is great to work with, and will receive my recommendation going forward.

Right Choice did our septic replacement after we bought the home. He handled all communication with the county. And when he installed the tanks, he graded around them so that we would not have a big sink hole once the ground settled. He also came back and regraded the ground to smooth it out again after the ground had time to settle some more so our yard is level. It’s the things you don’t think about when you have a septic replacement. And the system is working properly.

Shawn was right on it! Stopped out after lunch the day I called just to try and get it done asap! Ground was too hard to dig, but was out there in a few days with an excavator to get my inspection done. His price was fair. Shawn was professional and courteous.
