This is described as a family business and Mike is named more than anyone. Rebecca describes three people from two other companies failing to locate her cesspool and Mike finding it in under five minutes. All ten ratings sit at four or above, and the accounts are about problems other people had given up on. Kevin describes being referred by his own plumber for a clogged sewer line, and Connor describes a serious problem dealt with and the bathroom cleaned afterwards. One reviewer passes on the company's own advice. Roger describes being asked to remind people to mark the cesspool opening, which is the single cheapest thing an owner can do before any visit.

Around Riverhead, the main drain-field limit is bottom-layer seepage: water moves through the soil too fast to treat effluent before it reaches groundwater. Site conditions on any one lot can differ from the map. See the Riverhead city page for the full soil profile.
