I am so glad I found Rob the owner through a referral. His calm, honest, and patient manner is highly rare in this business; he really listens and makes you feel reassured. Not only is he knowledgeable, but he also went above and beyond by cleaning my cesspools thoroughly and offering proctive solutions to save me money on future cleanups. Rob is truly the best I’ve met locally in Stony Brook. I really appreciate his help!

Rob went way above and beyond the call of duty when I called him earlier this week. I needed to have my system pumped out, but it became considerably more involved than that because I didn't know the location of my tank. I would recommend Mid Suffolk Cesspool & Rooter Inc. to anyone that needs their services. Fast, reliable, and priced very fair. *********AAAAA+++++*********

I give Rob 5 stars because he is very professional and honest. I recommend him 100%. He cleaned my cesspool properly and added the correct chemicals at a reasonable price. He even fixed a plumbing problem my cesspool needed. Responsible, honest, and professional. 😊
