Left 3 voicemails on getting my septic repaired. I had a maintenance contract with them and no one returned my calls. When I got another company to inspect they couldn’t believe how bad it was and said no maintenance had been done even though I was paying for maintenance. Come to find out they were being investigated for criminal activity.

If there was a negative star I would give them 100. They need to take the word “Pride” out of their name because they have nothing to be proud of!!

They don’t fix what they say they fixed. When you call they never call back. Have left numerous messages. I have been dealing with the same problem they supposedly fixed since the day after. Since I posted this review there has been a change of ownership. The new owner has vowed to make things right.

Texas Pride doesn’t answer calls. I have a contract for septic system maintenance with them and have not received services. I have been trying to get a broken sprinkler fixed for 6 months.
