Warning! Do not use this company! They tend to not respond to your calls when you have a problem. They lie and I suspect them of possibly inflating issues to upsell services.

Not impressed at all. They came out to empty my septic tanks three weeks ago. I wasn't here my family member was and he didn't pay attention to all of what was happening. Long story short, allegedly they emptied two tanks and placed a new motor for total cost of $1525. Things were better, toilet flushed fine for two weeks. Now everything is backed up again and the owner has REFUSED to come back or call back for the past three four days. My toilets no longer flushing and I have frogs in my house.

Before You Call

A homeowner dealing with a backup can ask whether septic pumping, tank repair or hydrojetting fits the symptoms. For an aerobic system, the useful question is whether the visit should cover maintenance or a specific component such as the pump, riser or lid.
