Septic Services in Midland
Quoted from the website of Terrett Septic Tank Company, read 15 Sept 2026.
Septic pumping covers houses and commercial properties that run on a tank instead of city sewer, and the company spells out when and why a tank is due. Installation is the other half of the work, and the ground comes first there. Once a site with adequate soil turns up, a perc test, short for percolation test, is the next step before deciding where the system goes and what kind it should be.

Several reviews describe fast, thorough work. Rueben and Jeffery come up by name for pumping and clearing clogged lines, and another customer credits the crew with catching a leak they did not know about and sharing advice on locating it.

Before You Call
A backed up tank forces a decision before any truck rolls: pump it out, repair what is there, or plan a new installation, and Terrett takes on all three. One question worth asking on the phone is whether the trouble sounds like a one time clog or a sign the system is nearing replacement.
