Continued problems recently with this system. If I build another house I certainly will not use this company or recommend them to anyone. Great company for many years but certainly not lately. Repair people showed me how original installation resulted in many problems. Also recommended against this system in the future.

Response from the owner

Thank you Steve for your business and look forward to continuing to provide service beyond expectation.

High amount for service call. They checked everything and only found the aerator wasn't running on continuous. Nice guys, but WOW! Just spent $325 for the maintenance contract in March. Over $1100 in June for a new pump. Paid extra for chlorine tablets and bought more of them, ($72) because JET doesn't supply enough. Nice servicemen, but give me a break! They were here maybe 25 minutes.

Response from the owner

Thank you Cherise
