Everything these guys touched had to be fixed by another plumber. Highly recommend using someone else

Please never use this company, installed my tub unlevel after destroying a $2000 tub with drilling the faucet in the wrong spot and all the handles were all spaced differently apart plus scratched the tub up, ran plumbing directly through an electrical junction box in the crawl, forgot to add the plumbing to my shower drain that was only just found, installed both my toilets “16 off the wall which was only caught after the fact and they had to drill into my new marble tile and hardwoods to fix, installed my half bath vanity and master bath incorrectly both leaked, completely destroyed my crawlspace and left pex, and my insulation lying all over the crawl space. Extremely unprofessional and had to babysit them the entire project and they didn’t even finish their work. We had to hire a new company just to fix and finish their work so we could have a functional bathroom.

Once again Taylor’s Plumbing has saved the day! We had a sump pump failure in the evening while we were away on vacation and Taylor’s Plumbing was able to respond as soon as the offices opened in the morning. Sheila Taylor jumped on the issue immediately and dispatched a technician. Their communication systems are excellent with texts and emails to highlight the technician who is dispatched. It came complete with a photo, short write up and most importantly a tracking system (similar to Uber) to let you track the progress to your home!

Angel Hernandez was absolutely wonderful! Very polite, professional and knowledgable. He explained everything so good to my elder parents. He would also let them know where he was within the process of the repair. Susan, who answered our call, was also very friendly and professional. She made the entire process run smoothly. My parents have more upgrades to be done and we will definitely be calling Taylor’s again. I would recommend Taylor’s to anyone needing plumbing repairs or upgrades. Thank you Taylor’s Plumbing!
