I've used T and L several times in the past for normal cleanings. Quick, courteous, fair. I recently had an emergency that was way out of the ordinary and occured at an already highly stressful time. They went so over and above anything I could have ever expected. I would highly recommend them for any work. Also have experienced their portapottys at events and have always found them to be clean and tidy. Dave H.

T & L has been servicing a chemical toilet at my remote site for 16 months. They arrive as scheduled. They do a great job of keeping it clean. They also keep it stocked with plenty of TP and hand sanitizer. If I happen to run into them, the workers are efficient, friendly, and curtious. T & L is doing an excellent job!

I called in the morning to request an appointment to pump our septic, due to water backing up in our bathroom. They were here and done by lunchtime. Great service.

    Response from the owner

Thank you so very much :)

Dont waste your time with these guys. They are difficult to work with. Driver kept making excuses as to why he could not drain my septic tank to my RV because it was on the other side .When clearly he had room/space to run hose to tank. (25ft) his truck was 5ft away from my RV. Apparently he needs to be right by the tank to empty it. Ive had tillamook septic come and drain my rv before but i decided to try these guys since tillamook septic were booked out and these guys were available sooner.

    Response from the owner

We only have about 25 feet of hose on the toilet trucks. You had to much stuff in the way for our truck to get close enough to pump your RV Tank. Sorry

I have repeatedly used T&L and they have ALWAYS been spot on. Maria in the office is pleasure to work with, and the field personnel so a great job. I am very thankful that they are there to meet our needs as they arrive. You can trust them too.
