Zach and Daniel with A. Pederson’s did a bunch of work on the sewer line of a house I was selling. They were so friendly and helpful. When I had an issue under the bathroom sink (not part of the scope of work), I asked them about it and they repaired it really quick. Zach noticed a couple issues with the trap, and was able to replace it and sealed the joint at the basin which had begun to leak. I was thankful for how honest and reliable they were with their work. I would recommend to them to anyone in the valley that needs plumbing work done.

My AC was giving off a hot trash smell. Aaron from Home Comfort said get the crawl space checked for a leak. Trenton and crew arrived at 8:22am. They found a small leak coming from the kitchen sink pipe and a rat. When they started fixing the pipe, they found a sewer pipe connection was collapsing and had hole dug through by the rat. Fortunately, the rat went back down the sewer pipe. They got onto getting the sewer pipe fixed which went under the foundation. Trenton stayed until the entire project was done at about 5:22pm. Thank you for getting this big project done so efficiently!

We had Pederson's do some extensive plumbing work related to a commercial building renovation and the results were great. They were responsive and very helpful.

Today was the third time I've used A. Pederson's Plumbing. Excellent experience each time. Today they installed a bathroom sink and faucet and a bathtub/shower trim. Very professional and friendly. They finished in two hours and cleaned up nicely after.

Local Ground

Around Dallas, the main drain-field limit is slow water movement: water leaves the soil too slowly for a conventional field to keep up. Site conditions on any one lot can differ from the map. See the Dallas city page for the full soil profile.
