I prepaid $1,000 for a three-year septic maintenance agreement with Synergy. During the agreement, I repeatedly had to follow up regarding required maintenance visits and documentation. In April 2026, Synergy canceled my agreement. Their own documentation showed that I was due a $916.67 refund. On May 5, I was told in writing that they were waiting to receive new checks and expected them that week. The refund never arrived. I followed up repeatedly asking for payment or even confirmation that a check had been mailed, but ultimately received no meaningful response.

Signed a two year contract in April 2026. I haven’t been able to make contact in any way. My prior two year contract had zeros issues. They were very available for multiple yearly inspections and repairs when needed. Wondering if something happened or out of biz. Would like my $700 back.

We haven’t had any issues contacting synergy (JP and Erin, the owners) since we began working with them the summer of 2024. They have not answered our phone calls and emails over the past two weeks as our system is in need of service. We have a service contract (which was paid in full upon receiving) with them that is not being honored. We will be filing with small claims court if we do not hear back by end of this week. Absolutely unacceptable.
