Poor communication, over priced, not being truthful . Threatened with their lawyer. All because we said we were calling the health department and DOW.

Liz, we are disappointed to see this characterization of what occurred. Supreme Septic Services completed the permitted septic system installation in accordance with the approved plans and remained in communication throughout the project, including responding extensively to questions raised after the installation. At no point did we object to you contacting the Health Department or the Kentucky Division of Water. In fact, we welcomed review by the appropriate regulatory agencies and provided the information necessary for the required certification process. The reference to our attorney was not a “threat.” After repeated allegations were made regarding our workmanship, demands were made beyond the agreed scope of work, and complaints were filed publicly and with third parties, we advised that any further legal allegations or disputes could be addressed through the appropriate channels. We stand behind the work we performed and have documentation of the project, communications, approved plans, signed estimate, photographs, and work completed. We made multiple efforts to address each concern raised and verify the completed installation. We understand that disagreements can occur, but we believe it is important that prospective customers have the full context rather than the impression that our company threatened a customer simply for contacting regulatory agencies. Supreme Septic Services takes its workmanship, licensing obligations, and reputation very seriously, and we remain confident in the work completed at this property.

This company has my business for life. I had an unexpected septic issue and they were able to come out the same day and get me back in working order. Garrett serviced my system and was extremely nice. He was also kind enough to answer my questions as he worked. Being fairly new to septic systems, I was very curious about several things. Their service was top notch, all the way around. I won't hesitate to recommend Supreme to anyone that has septic system needs. Great job!

Great company to work with. Every efficient & reasonable price. Garrett was very personable, knowledgeable & overall great to work with. Also needed lid & they came out next day to install. Highly recommend this company!!!

Here is what’s left of my mother’s backyard after it was dug up after our bathroom water line was cut when all we needed was a septic tank removed. The work was started in October. It was January before they returned to fix it. We went 3 months without a working toilet. They didn’t fill in the hole before leaving and haven’t returned since to fill it in. We cannot get any response that has fixed this issue. It’s either a busy line or we’ll be out some time. Sometime was 8 months ago. Notice all the grass and weeds filled into where they dug up. Can’t even see the hole.

Cade and Zack could not have been better! What could have been a disaster turned out to be manageable. They managed our expectations, and walked us through the process…they did as they said they would, and they did a great job. They also did the best they could with clean up and putting things back as they found it, down to racking the gravel back into place. Thankful for their work and professionalism.

Recent reviews describe fast response. Bill's unexpected septic problem was handled the same day, and Amanda was told the crew could come sooner if it had been an emergency. Michelle needed a lid and had it installed the next day. Names come up as well. Garrett serviced Bill's system and answered his questions while he worked, and Roberta credits Cade and Zack with managing the job and raking the gravel back into place afterward. Brayden calls the company "very responsive" and says his callback came quickly.
