We were looking to buy a home and wanted the septic pumped and inspected before due diligence. They worked great with getting in quickly and communicating as we coordinated with agents and sellers. We were also sent an inspection report in a very timely manner. We will be using this company in the future for all our septic needs.

They were here with 2 hours of us calling and wasted no time. I’m definitely glad we found them and will be using them from now on. Great service and great price. Thanks again

Bought an older house several years ago. Previous owners didnt give any details on prior septic maintenance. I also could not locate the tank lid even with schematics. Called Stoolbus and they came out with a mini-excavator and found the lid 8 feet under. They installed a riser and pumped the tank for a very reasonable price. They recommended another pumping service a year from that date due to the prior neglect of the system. Fast forward to a year later (now), a quick text and Jason was able to get out and pump the tank within a couple days. Again, for a reasonable price.

Customers of Stool Bus Septic Services keep describing how fast the crew shows up. One household says the crew was at the door within 2 hours of the call, and another says it arrived within the hour late at night. Brittany, new to septic, said the crew "came out right away". The work goes beyond a simple pump-out. Arcturus could not find the tank lid, and the crew located it 8 feet down with a mini-excavator, then installed a riser and pumped the tank. Lori says the company installed the family's new tank years ago and later came back to pump and inspect it, keeping the truck off the lawn. Sarah had a tank pumped and inspected before a home purchase cleared due diligence, and received the inspection report quickly while coordinating with agents and sellers. Sheri needed a new lid and a pump-out, and both were finished fast.
