From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.
Rhett is the name customers mention. Several describe same-day response, including a septic emergency handled right away, and Arno, who spent two days trying to reach anyone about a backed-up system, wrote that Olsen "cleared out a blockage" the morning after a Friday night message and ran a camera down the line. Others had the tank and lines checked and a lid extension installed so the next pumping would not mean digging.

Riser installation means the next pumping visit does not start with a shovel, and Olsen Septic Service offers it alongside routine pumping and inspections. One question worth asking on the phone: whether a riser makes sense for a tank that has never had one.
