From the website of Stephens Septic Services, LLC, read 15 Sept 2026. It describes what the company says it offers, not independent verification.
Stephens Septic Services pumps septic tanks for homes and businesses across Marshall and Blount Counties in North Alabama. The company installs new systems as well, and it treats an installation as one coordinated project covering the site, the design, permitting, excavation, and a final inspection. Active trouble is part of the same job: a sewage backup, wastewater surfacing in the yard, or a tank alarm calls for a diagnosis, and that is where the crew starts.
Septic Services in this area
Quoted from the website of Stephens Septic Services, LLC, read 15 Sept 2026.
Alongside pumping, the company handles routine maintenance, new systems, commercial grease-trap service, and small excavation projects. Repair calls start with troubleshooting: pumps, impellers, alarms, baffles, lines, tank components, and flow problems are checked before any next step is recommended. Septic inspections are framed as condition assessments rather than pump receipts, so what comes back describes how the system is actually working.
Sewage Backup
Active sewage backup, surfacing wastewater, or an alarm requires diagnosis, not an online assumption.

They did a great job and gave us a very reasonable price. They worked quickly and efficiently, all while fielding questions that my husband had. Glad that I gave them a call. If you are in need of service or just not sure, give them a call.

These folks are Exceptional! We have used Stephens 2 times in the past month. No one wants to need septic services but when you do, you need someone you can count on. We used them to put in a second septic system on our farm. They were fast and professional. We were super happy with the job done. Last night the bathroom showers backed up. The existing tank needed service. I called and they said "Yes we can come out and fix that." They were there shortly after to look into it. A couple of hours and the original tank was dug up, cleaned out and our yard put back to right.

Thank y’all so much for this! This honestly means more to us than you know. We know nobody wakes up hoping they get to call a septic company 😂, so the fact that y’all trusted us with your farm and then called us again when you had trouble means a lot. We’re just two brothers out here trying to build something of our own, take care of people, and do every job the right way. We may not be the biggest company around, but we sure care about our customers and the work we put our name on. We really appreciate y’all giving us the opportunity to take care of both septic systems, and we’re thankful you were happy with the work. Thank you again for the kind words, the trust, and for supporting our small business. It means more than a review can ever say! ❤️ We appreciate y’all and if you ever need us, you know where to find us!

Before You Call
Anyone buying or selling a house on a septic system faces a decision that pumping alone does not settle: what condition the tank and lines are in. Stephens performs septic inspections, so ask how quickly they can schedule the assessment when a closing date is already on the calendar.
