I work for a mobile home retailer and started using Broom for Septic installs, water connections, and emergency plumbing leaks about 6 months ago. I have been 100% satisfied with the customer service. I used to get complaints about my septic contractor all the time but since I switched to Broom ZERO COMPLAINTS. They have also offered my customers financing options for connections they could not get financed in with their home due to budget issues.
