Southern Sanitation Inc in Naples, FL
About Southern Sanitation Inc
From the website of Southern Sanitation Inc, read 15 Sept 2026. It describes what the company says it offers, not independent verification.
Southern Sanitation has worked on septic systems in Southwest Florida since 1997, and its site says the crew runs a 24-hour emergency service covering Collier County and parts of Lee County. Pumping is the routine half of the trade, and the company publishes a guide to septic tank cleaning and pumping that helps owners set a maintenance schedule before a backup forces the call. For a system backing up on a weekend night, that around-the-clock answer is the fact that matters most.

Google Reviews
From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.
Speed shows up in what customers write about this crew. Ken reports a clog that began backing up overnight, a tech at the door "within 30 minutes, they had someone here", and everything flowing again minutes later. Bob called in the morning and had a truck out a few hours later. Names repeat across the years too. Erin thanks Matt and Tanya for stopping by on their lunch break to help, and Ian describes Matt and his team as honest people whose septic work he would recommend to anyone.

Before You Call
Most owners face the same call sooner or later: pump on a set schedule or wait for the tank to signal trouble. Southern Sanitation pumps tanks, so one question is worth asking when the phone rings, what interval fits this household and this tank.
