    We had an outstanding experience with Monty Sanitation. Peepe was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous from start to finish. He arrived on time, explained everything he was doing, and made sure all of our questions were answered. It's clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing excellent service. Maintaining a septic system isn't something most homeowners think about often, so it's reassuring to have someone so honest and dependable taking care of it.

    I had them come Out and diagnose my septic do to the alarm going off they said it was the float they replaced it. 28 days later same thing float goes out and they told me they don’t have warranty for the parts they install .They came out to make sure it was the part they had installed and yes same thing. We came to an agreement to replace it again and i would just pay the price of the part. Now 29 days later after that my alarm just went off for the same thing.

Our standard charge for a float replacement service is $450.00, which includes the service call, diagnosis, labor, fuel, and installation. When you experienced a second float failure, we wanted to help resolve the issue as fairly as possible. As a courtesy, we waived all labor, fuel, and service call costs and charged you only $85.00, which was the cost of the replacement float itself. We did this as a goodwill gesture to help minimize your expense while addressing the issue.
