I can’t say enough about what great service I got . When I called I was set up with an appointment for someone to come out within a few days. Wasn’t an emergency so that was great. The Technician knew his stuff. He had my system back up and running right away. He was very knowledgeable, pleasant and friendly. If you have an issue with your septic system they are the ones to call!! I will be having them out yearly to maintain my system. Thank you so much SOS!! You are awesome.

Over the years I have used several different companies to pump and maintain my septic system. I wish I would have known about SOS. I could not be happier with the level of service we received. They followed through on everything they said they would do and did so in a timely manner. I highly recommend SOS for any septic work that needs to be done.

I'll probably never use them again. I called them August of 2024 to get my tank pump. So they told me they would be there in December. Extremely long time. I will say he did a good job. However, he also told me I should get my outlet jetted. So I called them to get a price. She told me what it would cost and I told her I would call her back in about 2 weeks. So I happened to be driving by a couple of weeks later. I thought I would just stop in the office and get this set up. I told her everything about the job and she said she had to talk to the crew and would call me back the next day.
