After years of problems, James with Norris Septic was able to diagnose and fix our system within 2 days. He was very knowledgeable and completed the repair quickly. Would definitely use and recommend him again.

Purchasing an older home, had Norris(Honeydipper) come to do an inspection. All they did was open the lid and say “needs cleaned” then proceeded to walk around the yard and find absolutely nothing worth any value to me as a buyer. This was all after the showed up 3 hrs late in the dark. Don’t call, don’t recommend.

Response from the owner

First off i was 1 hour late. I was told the inspection could not be done till after 4:00 PM. I got there at 5:25 PM. I came back the ne t day for free. To make up for being late. I was told going in they had leach lines.he was given plenty of information on his system. His main line has a belly in it. His septic tank was at 1/2 it's normal level. There was no spot good enough for leach lines. He has a sub surface sand filter. I was not able to locate the sand filter or the discharge line. And his riser was not sealed to the tank properly. It was letting roots grow under it. I know alot of information to not have done a proper inspection. Thank you James norris
