Dale stayed involved throughout the process, communicated with us and worked with the appropriate parties until our concerns were fully resolved. Unexpected situations can happen with any company, but what matters most is how a company responds. SOMD demonstrated genuine accountability, care, and follow-through, and we truly appreciate the effort they made to correct the situation and ensure we were satisfied with the outcome.

    SOMD Septic came out to pump my septic tank in July 2026. My septic tank hand a 4" PVC cleanout installed. They pumped out my tank and explained it was only pumping on one side of my tank! They recommended to have new risers installed. Provided me a quote that was fair! I agreed and scheduled them to install the risers the following month. SOMD Septic arrived as agreed on the date and time agreed. SOMD Septic performed the work and inspected my septic while installing the risers.

    My septic alarm went off in the middle in the night - I called SOMD Septic at 7:00 am and they were at my house by 9:00 am! What sets this company apart from others is the courteous and professional customer service and their willingness to go the extra mile. From the lady who answered my call to the guy who performed the pumping to the gentleman who supervised, I could not be happier with the service I received. Once again, SOMD saved me from a potentially very "crappy" situation!! Thank you!

    Thank you very much for the excellent response and service that I received. I called many septic companies in the Calvert county area and all said they were too busy for the next couple weeks. Told them it was an emergency service and they didn’t care. Called SO.MD. Septic told them situation and they were at my house the same day. They rearranged their schedule for my emergency where the others didn’t care. Dave was so professional, I won’t go anywhere else from now on. Again Thank You

Dan reached them during an emergency and found the crew "at my house the same day." Damian had his tank pumped in one visit, then brought the crew back the next month to install risers, and they inspected the tank while the work went on.
