After dealing with septic issues for awhile, me and my husband finally made the call to have someone come out and pump our tank. The owner, Brandon, was able to fit us in that same week. We ended up digging up own own tank and I'm glad we did, our tank is an old homemade one from who knows when, with one tiny pipe that worked as an entrance into it. The guys were able to come out and pump it despite that. They were quick, professional and got the job done. The pipe leading into the tank didn't have a proper cover and they where nice enough to find one that fit the pipe in their truck.

    Response from the owner

Thank you for your kind review 😊. We appreciate you giving us a chance. It was our pleasure to help and never hesitate to call us if you need anything.

Smokey Mountain Septic was able to come out the same day our bathroom and bedroom flooded. They were transparent about pricing and availability throughout the entire process. They were able to locate, dig, and pump the same day. Then, came back to install a riser. They’re knowledgeable and professional. We now know what company we will go with for future issues! Highly recommend!

Wouldn’t recommend them not professional at all cancelled on me twice didn’t notify me either to take on a bigger job then charged 130 bucks for a “service fee” when they didn’t do anything at all except came to the house and said they couldn’t find the septic tank after looking for like several minutes. Then informed me that even if they couldn’t find the septic tank they couldn’t do anything about it anyways. So it was a huge waste of time and 130 bucks when we had sewage coming up the drain and a 5 month old baby in the house.

    Response from the owner

I apologize for the inconvenience and miscommunication. We came out on Sunday to try and help and we were unable to locate the tank. We did mention we would be back but I informed your wife that we were very busy and we would get you guys in as quickly as we could. I also did communicate with you on Monday to let you know we had you scheduled for Tues. We were in route to your location and you informed us that you had someone else coming. I let you know about the fee because it cost us money to go out there and do what we did do. I also said that "if" the tank was under your house which is where you said it was, we wouldnt be able to get to it because of our busy schedule. I never passed on you for a bigger job but we did already have several other families in the very same situation as yours. Thats why i mentioned we would get to you as soon as we could. We never did cancel or move you and we got to you Tues mid morning. I also spoke with you and mentioned that if they had any issues we would still be willing to come out and help. I do apologize you feel like we dropped the ball on your family though. We try very hard to help as many people as we can. That is why I came out on a Sunday. All I can say is that we are sorry and I am very happy you were able to get the help your family needed.
