    Just had my septic pumped and the guys were great very professional. After it was done they explained to me what to look for, and helpful ideas on what to do to maintain. I was very happy that they answer the phone and they were able to come within in less than 2 days, actually they came on a Saturday. Like other company I call, text and they don't answer their phone. I am very satisfy and I will definitely hired them again and referred more business to Fred Naillon company.

    Just had my septic pumped and the guys were great very professional. They explained stuff to me and even showed me how to fix the lids to where I wouldn’t have to dig them up anymore to have them pumped. These guys need a raise. They were very professional and did a great job.

    I would give them 0 stars if it were an option. No sense of customer service/extremely rude when answering phones & speaking with customers. I called with a septic tank needing to be pumped AGAIN, not even 2 years after having them come out to pump the septic tank the first time & was told they couldn’t get to it until the first of the week, if it was warm enough then.

    Did you dig tank up yourself? If you never dug up both ends then only one end got pumped which would leave about 150 gallons on outlet end. When temperatures are below freezing it is hard to pump a tank and get it off the truck. It freezes in valves and hoses. It is sewage with water. It freezes too. Young man answering phone has been talked to about manners on phone. If he tells you he is booked up then he is. It is one person on that truck. It takes time digging up. Pumping and stirring tank . Price depends on location and whether you dig it up or the Septic tank business. Most charge minimum of $50 per foot to dig. When over a foot most dig with a machine at $350 minimum. I can provide you numbers to other pumper businesses in area and check their prices.

    We were super pleased from start to finish with the service that Cody (Fred’s son) provided throughout the process of servicing the septic tank and performing a visual inspection while we are under contract to purchasing a new home. Since we don’t live in the area, it was especially important to us that Cody was a great communicator and was very dependable to do what he said and when. Our realtor attended his visit to the property and was also very impressed with Cody‘s professionalism.
