I can’t say enough great things about Smale Septic and the owner, Jeff. He’s honest, knowledgeable, and as kind as they come. He came out the very same day I called, quickly diagnosed the issue, and had everything fixed in no time. His level of knowledge and professionalism is truly impressive. The whole experience was stress-free thanks to Jeff’s communication and promptness. This is the first time I have called Smale Septic and they will be the only septic company I will use going forward!

    Response from the owner

Harrison, thank you for taking the time to leave me a great review! I can’t always get to everyone as quickly as I’d like as there is only one of me but I do my best! Thanks again!

I contacted Smale Septic and scheduled a septic clean out. Jeff was completely helpful in telling me what to do for my system. Very professional, knowledgeable and very courteous towards me. I asked a lot of questions and he guided me through every answer and even wrote things down for me. A septic system is all new to me so this was exceptional help and wisdom. He quoted me a price and kept it in the low side of that price. I am extremely pleased with the whole experience.

    Response from the owner

Mary thank you for the kind words and you taking the time to leave me a good review it is greatly appreciated!!

I recently had a fantastic experience with SMALE Septic and just wanted to share. When I called them, they showed up right away, no long waits or delays. The technician was incredibly professional and really knew his stuff. He took care of cleaning out my septic tank thoroughly and was completely honest throughout the whole process. What really stood out was that he didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. Instead, he showed me exactly what the problem was, explained how to prevent it from happening again, and ultimately saved me money by not pushing unnecessary services.

    Response from the owner

Mr.T it always makes me happy when I’m able to help others and they are happy and satisfied with my service. I do try my best and thank you for taking the time to give me an awesome review and 5 stars!

Before You Call

The main decision is timing: pump the tank now, before a holiday gathering or a house closing, or wait and watch the drains. Smale Septic handles septic tank pumping, so one call sets a date. A good question for the phone is how often a household your size should schedule a pump-out.
