    Our water service line broke, and after they installed a temporary line, we needed a replacement and didn't want to put it off until winter, when it was required. We contacted at least 4 plumbers before choosing Rooter & Sons. There were a few reasons why we chose them so I'll expand: First, when we requested an estimate of their services, they were very responsive, polite, and gave us a detailed overview of the issue, the solution, the pricing and the timing.

    Was quoted $1000.00 for a clogged toilet. He didnt even inspect it. Just said it was going to be $1000. I said no thanks and had another plumber clear the clog for 375.00 the same day.

    John quote was $940 before tax the portion Uncle Sam gets has nothing to do with us. I spoke with my tech he said you had already tried to clear toilet with auger and were unsuccessful. So we quoted pulling up toilet using cable machine and then camera scoping line. Then resetting toilet. Im glad you found someone you can afford and was able to get it done cheaper for you. I’m still skeptical somone pulled a toilet and did what we was gonna do for 375. True nature of the-beast you had already convinced yourself it would be $300 to fix it before talking anyone But to come on here and leave a bad review when we don’t charge to come out and diagnose or take a look my guy was out there for twenty minutes this morning discussing issues. No one has to use us we don’t even charge for quotes or a dispatch fee. But if you stressed to my guy you have done everything else before we got there. Then we are gonna take it to the next level. Which is pulling toilet and scoping line. Which my guy would have been there 1/2 the day.

    Rooters and Son’s replaced our well pump and pressure tank system. My family and I have utilized this company for all are plumbing needs. Professional and very skilled in the trade. They’re on time and go straight to work, clean, courteous, and reasonably priced. I would recommend this company to anyone. Five Stars

    Rooter and Sons did a complete overhaul of my septic tank, distribution box and leach lines. The nicest, most professional and hard-working crew worked for hours in oppressive heat to complete the job. Also had Blake install new toilets in my house. He was very professional, competent and did an excellent job. Rooter and Sons was recommended by a relative who also had septic tank work done a few years ago as well as having a persistent drain issue diagnosed and corrected that previous plumbers had not been able to remedy.
