They took my call and thoroughly answered all my questions and provided a service quote over the phone. Reception lady, you are a superstar! I really appreciate that the methods used were non-invasive, and the price was accurate to the quote and very reasonable. Mike arrived on time, was very respectful of property, and was knowledgeable about the scope of my job.
