Good people done good jobs with good price. I talked to owner on phone. He is very easy to talk to, very patience and knowledgeable. They charge $295 for checking, inspection and will give me king county inspection report and if I do any repairs, that inspection fee will applied toward repairs. I think that is very reasonable price. I need septic inspection every year anyway. The repairs fee also very reasonable and honest. The workers come fast, they come in few hours, two guys also very friendly, and respectful. They did good job and very patience explaining things.

I’ve used Septic Response for annual inspections and maintenance for the last few years and have found the team personable, professional, and reliable. What I appreciate most is that they’re careful not to recommend unnecessary treatments or services. I feel like I’m getting honest, practical advice rather than a sales pitch. They’ve earned my trust over the years, and I’m happy to recommend them.

We are getting ready to sell our house and needed the KC inspection and pumping. Anthony and Moe were exceptionally easy to work with. Arrived at the appointed time, conducted the inspection, explaining everything and answering my questions. I would highly recommend them.

I had an emergency backup into my main floor shower and bathroom floors. Water everywhere... It was an emergency. I called around and everyone wouldn't be able to come for another day or so. It was after hours. Until... Anthony, the owner answered my call and started helping me troubleshoot over the phone. He said send me pictures and I will help you out. What?! That's the definition of above and beyond. Despite it being late in the day he guided me through unclogging the system and making sure everything was back to normal and running well.

Reached out due to a minor backup, Austin showed up, assessed the issue and discovered our pumps float was getting stuck. Instead of trying to upswell us and offer unnecessary repairs, he adjusted our floats, inspected the system and saved us from having to pump the tanks. Will absolutely use again and will be telling my neighbors

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Reviewers describe a mix of septic work, from annual inspections and pump-outs to pump and float repairs. Rob needed a King County inspection and pumping before selling his house. Michael called when his septic alarm sounded and ended up needing a new pump and float. Speed comes up often. Omar phoned after hours with a backup into his bathroom, and the owner talked him through unclogging the system before the crew pumped and inspected the tank the next day. Dan says the team gives "honest, practical advice rather than a sales pitch."
