Kenny did a superb job at our home! He looked at the whole problem instead of just trying to complete one service and then charge us for something that may or may not have worked. He had our bathroom up and working very quickly with minimal disruption to our home. He and his partner were very kind and very neat. I am very lucky that we found him!

    Response from the owner

Thank you for your kind review. We are so happy we were able to help you.

Ken has overhauled my septic system which was 80 years old and been careful to not overcharge or make any unnecessary changes … he kept my budget in mind, at all times.

Ken did my inspection for me when I bought my house. I used him to replace the line that needed replacing and he did it at the cost he said it would be and the day he said he would do it. Seems like a good hearted and trustworthy guy. Will use him again in the future.

    Response from the owner

Thank you for your kind works and trusting us to help you in your time of need.

Several homeowners describe Ken clearing backed-up drains, uncovering buried cesspool lids, and repairing broken sewer lines. Crews respond quickly to urgent calls, often arriving within hours and working into the dark to restore household drainage. Nicholas noted that Ken "stayed late getting everything up and running" while replacing a pipe during freezing weather.
