Very quick response time, streamlined and professional service. - Update with further information: We had previously needed them for a pump-out and had a very good experience, more recently we called them again because of a discussion they had with a mutual customer. They were cordial and respectful, and just as importantly, they were very prompt in sending detailed pictures to help us understand the concern. Overall our experience as both a customer and as a fellow septic company has been good.

I initially called this company to pump my septic tank and sign up for a service contract. They pumped the tank and pointed out several items they recommended addressing, including leaking sprinkler heads, an aerator that wasn't installed in an ideal location, pump wiring connected with wire nuts inside the pump tank instead of a proper junction box, and a dirty filter. It took two visits before they informed me they don't actually service Collin County, despite discussing a service contract.

We're sorry to hear you feel this way. Our goal throughout this project was to provide honest recommendations, quality septic repairs, and clear communication from start to finish. When we first inspected your aerobic septic system, multiple issues were identified that required attention. We only performed the repairs that were approved, and when additional issues were discovered during the repair process, we discussed them with you and obtained approval before moving forward. Throughout the project, our technicians returned to your property as needed, rewired the pump, verified system operation, and provided photos and videos documenting the repairs and showing the pump and spray irrigation system operating properly. We also removed the charge for the aerator cover after discussing your concerns and worked with you on additional repair costs. Regarding the sprinkler area, it is normal for an aerobic septic system to discharge treated wastewater through the spray irrigation system during a cycle, which can leave the ground around the sprinkler heads wet. This alone is not an indication that the system is malfunctioning. We respectfully disagree with the statement that communication stopped. We have responded to your calls, texts, and emails throughout the entire project. Your most recent message was received on a holiday while our office was closed, and we still provided a response about your concerns. At S&B Septic, we are committed to providing professional septic inspections, septic repairs, aerobic septic system maintenance, and honest recommendations backed by documentation. While we're disappointed we couldn't meet your expectations, we stand behind the work our team performed and appreciate the opportunity to have serviced your septic system.

Contacted the company yesterday, was informed about the requirements and process and how to get my permit from the county. Everything was in place one day later and I had my initial inspection and the report is being submitted. S&B is professional and very easy to work with. Definitely would recommend.
