My tank was full and we couldn't use the toilet. Every place I called said earliest would be a week. They came at 9 am!! Great service

This review is for a service that was paid for but never actually done, several years ago. I know this because I had to have my septic pumps again this month. I was not home when I paid Rouses to come empty the septic in 2021, I think. They said they had been to the house, told me where the septic was and that it had been drained. After watching the company that just pumped my septic for real do their work, I am fully convinced that Rouses either went to the wrong house or just lied and took the money because they knew I would be working.

Rouses Septic Tank Services pumps residential septic tanks for regular maintenance and sudden backups, often responding early in the morning when full tanks leave toilets unusable. Homeowners describe prompt tank cleanouts handled by Partner or Billy Rouse, with Don noting that the operator arrived on schedule and got the system pumped "quickly and efficiently" during the visit. A homeowner named S reported paying for a septic tank pump-out years earlier that was never actually completed.
