Quoted $275 for septic tank service on phone. After guy shows up and does work, the price is $375 after work is done. Fast forward several months and losing the paper bill, the driver shows back up asking when the bill will be paid. He continues with "... well you better, because if not, I'll put it all back in there. I'm not the owner, but I don't give a damn. I don't care if the sheriff is here either, I'll do it." I paid the bill, but I don't think using your driver as a bill collector is appropriate or professional, especially with the threats of putting raw sewage back in a tank.

Once again the trucks want to keep speeding down old airport road this time one was speeding and honking a horn at a car because was not moving fast enough and was laying on its horn none stop... Something needs to be done... And I will start recording it on my home camera and turn it into the state or bbb for not doing anything getting very old

Drove all over manicured yard. Owner was very nasty and said all he was willing to do was come drop dirt in my driveway.

Victor was great! He called to let us know when we would be there, was professional and helpful! He was done within an hour and the price was fair. Thank you so much for helping us!

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Tricia says Victor phoned ahead with an arrival time and finished the job within an hour. B wrote that Jeffrey cleaned out their septic tank and called before he came. Both named the crew member who did the work. Martin had Keith and Victor install a new septic system and called it a "fantastic job". Tank cleaning and new installs both come up in what these customers describe.
