The tech was great. When requesting service, We were informed that his truck was fully loaded to make the repair, we are in Paso, he had to go back to San Luis Obispo to pick up a tool and purchase parts. As of today, We have not received a final invoice or pictures of the repair that were promised.

There was a broken water pipe, PVC, broken just behind the wall. The pipe was capped to restore the use of water to the residence. Forrest, the plumber was well prepared to help with my dilemma. I was grateful for his knowledge and expertise.
